This contract will secure access for all councils to a Supported Living Costing Tool, which will be robust and user-friendly and available to use by 31st March 2024. Access to the tool will not be limited by number of councils, number of users per council and the strong preference is for access to be available in perpetuity, failing that for a minimum of 2 years (i.e. up to 31st March 2026). While the content of each HICM naturally differs, the models are consistent in synthesising the evidence base into a clear framework that describes 'what good looks like', with practical 'top tips', I/We statements, supporting resources/publications case studies, self assessments, checklists, powerpoint presentations/discussion points.
