The 'Contract Area' is various Social Housing Properties which owned and/or managed by the Employer in accordance with the details set out or referred to in the Contract Particulars'. All work involving Cavity Wall and/or Loft Insulation shall be undertaken by suitably qualified and experienced operatives. For Cavity Wall Insulation, the appropriate qualifications are referenced in CMTC 1 and 2 re. PAS 2030.
The Employer may choose to extend the Contract Period by a further period or periods of up to 2nd January 2024 at Employer's Sole discretion and a further 2 year following that up to 2nd January 2026

The Authority has awarded a contract to Virgin Media Business Limited for the continued provision of four circuits. This direct award was made under Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Framework RM6116, Lot 1a.
- Virgin Media Business is a recognised supplier under Lot 1a.
- The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between CCS and Virgin Media provides access to enhanced commercial terms. This procurement leverages those terms with fixed pricing for 12 months.

The incumbent solution Cato networks security is cloud-native, deeply embedded, and technically integrated into the Authority's infrastructure. Replacing the solution will have cost-of-change elements creating additional costs into the business, including lengthy implementation, dual running, testing, potential risks (outages) and configuration concerns (training).
