UK Public Sector Contracts & Tenders

In-tend Procurement Services has clients in two markets; - Purchasing organisations in the public and private sector - Those wishing to supply contracts to the public and private sector. As such, we offer a range of consultancy services to both groups. Procurement services are looking at a period of growth where there is opportunity to gather an association of professionals in both procurement and bid writing/management, in order to approve and accredit them to work with our clients. As such, we are conducting an exercise to identify those capable of providing these services with a view to refining this list through a competitive process. The project is split into two categories as follows; 1) Procurement professionals and/or consultants; - Those with experience in providing procurement advice and guidance to public and private sector organisations. - Persons who have public sector legislation experience and are familiar with compliant procurement process. - Those who are able to help clients develop specifications, author tender documentation, define evaluation criteria, moderate evaluations, draft agreements and contracts, manage tender projects. - A high degree of accuracy and broad knowledge of procurement categories. 2) Bid and Tender Management consultants; - Those who have experience in bid writing for a range of clients - Professionals with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes within tight deadlines - Persuasive writing skills with a good grasp of influencing language. - Familiarity with both public and private sector procurement process. - Good communication skills when dealing with clients.
