Hyde Housing Association has awarded a Framework for the provision of Offices/Buildings - Planned and Reactive Maintenance Services, for the use by Hyde and external Contracting Authorities, through National Framework Partnership Ltd.

This VEAT notice is related to the extension of the 2019 Main Contractor Framework (OJEU Contract Notice ref: 2019/S 148-363391 and OJEU Contract Award Notice ref: 2020/S 017-035422) for another 3 months, from 06 December 2024 to 05 March 2025. This is to allow Hyde sufficient time to re-tender the requirement for a new Framework. The current framework covers a wide range of Main Contractor services and is accessible by other public bodies throughout England and Wales. The requirement is for the provision, implementation, and ongoing support of a cloud-based eProcurement tender portal to manage end-to-end procurement activities. The solution must include core functionalities such as notice management, secure bidder interaction and response tracking, document management with version control, and support for Quick Quotes, multi-lot tenders, and Dynamic Purchasing Systems. It must ensure regulatory compliance, enable secure communication, and offer a user-friendly interface with full audit capabilities. The system should integrate with existing procurement and financial platforms, and include access to customer support, onboarding materials, and the ability to create custom buyer profiles. The procurement includes the delivery, configuration, training, and scalable deployment of the system.

*This is a Contract Award Notice* It is Hyde’s intention in respect of this invitation to tender to appoint a framework of consultants, divided into lots, to provide a range of consultancy services (Employers Agent, Architectural Services, Principal Designer (CDM), Clerk of Works, Planning Consultant and Fire Engineer) to THG (The Hyde Group) and other third-party framework users. The consultancy services provided via the framework will primarily support the delivery of new homes. Successful consultants will be appointed via a Framework Agreement.

The Hyde Financial Advisory Services Framework is being extended by a further 6 months (from 31st March 2024 to 30th September 2024) to allow Hyde sufficient time to re-tender the requirement for a new Framework. The service provider will provide Out of Hours call handling and social media monitoring services, responding to and managing calls on either an out of hours or 24/7 basis. The framework supports the varied needs of Hyde Housing Association and other public sector bodies, ensuring access to high-quality vending solutions, including supply, installation, maintenance, and replenishment, that enhance user experience while maintaining cost-efficiency. Hyde Housing Association Ltd intends to directly award a contract to Totalmobile Limited for the provision of cloud-based maintenance, scheduling, compliance and asset management software. The contract covers the continued supply, licensing, support and associated services required to operate Hyde's existing Totalmobile platform. The estimated contract value is above £5,000,000 (excluding VAT) over a five-year term. The contract enables Hyde to maintain continuity of service for essential operational systems already implemented and in active use.

The framework covers rental, installation, servicing, breakdown cover, and associated services.
