Hyde Housing Association has awarded a Framework for the provision of Offices/Buildings - Planned and Reactive Maintenance Services, for the use by Hyde and external Contracting Authorities, through National Framework Partnership Ltd.
The main requirements are for the provision of training services, to include:
•Business and interpersonal skills training including resilience and dealing with change
•Leadership/Talent programmes
•Coaching programmes
•Health and Safety Training
Suppliers on our panel may be able to offer a wide range of courses across one or more of these categories or may be specialists in a particular area.
It is Hyde's intention in respect of this invitation to tender to create a multiple source Framework Agreement for the supply of Legal Services for the use of primarily The Hyde Group (Hyde) but also for the use of other public sector authorities as defined in the FTS contract notice.
The Service Provider will generally be required to provide legal services subject to project specific requirements under each Call-off Agreement but will primarily cover the services described in this document.
The proposed duration of the Framework is for four (4) years in line with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. However, each member may enter in a Call-off Agreement under the Framework Agreement which can extend beyond this period.

South East New Energy (SENE) European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) Energy Retrofit Project
Hyde's intention in respect of this invitation to tender is for the installation of renewable technologies, equipment, and fabric measures in Hyde properties in Kent. The Contractor will generally be required to carry out the design and installation of renewable technologies and equipment, including Solar PV and Air Source Heat Pumps, as well as fabric measures, such as loft and cavity wall insulation, and ventilation measures. The works carried out must be compliant with PAS 2035:2019 and all installations must comply with PAS 2030:2019 requirements. Energy efficiency measures within the scope of PAS 2030:2019 must be delivered by installers who are certified to that standard for the measure to be installed. It is the role of the Retrofit Coordinator to ensure installers are competent and qualified to the required standards. The installer(s) of the measures must be TrustMark registered. Micro-Generation Scheme (MCS) certificates will be required where low carbon heating systems are installed.

Creation of a Framework in respect of Hyde Housing Association's Communal and Domestic Electrical Testing Services & Works requirements for the five year ET&I plan period 2023 to 2028.
Hyde's intention in respect of this invitation to tender is to procure a customer survey research services provider to meet the company's listed requirements. The Framework will consists of two lots; Lot 1: Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) survey services and Lot 2: Real time survey services (SMS / Email / IVR).

This Framework ensures legal responsibilities are met under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 through appointed specialist contractors, who can effectively assist in managing and controlling asbestos.
Gas and Alternative Heating Servicing and Maintenance Services / Metering and Billing Services Framework
This Contract Award Notice is to confirm the winning contractors successfully appointed to Hyde's Gas and Alternative Heating Servicing, Maintenance and Metering & Billing Services Framework where a Call Off Contract has been awarded. Lot 1 - Village Heating Limited - Commercial Gas Heat Networks Unmetered and Domestic (North) - Gas servicing maintenance and renewal services to both domestic and commercial properties in the North area. Lot 2 - Paynes Heating & Plumbing Services Limited - Commercial Gas Heat Networks Unmetered and Domestic (South) - Gas servicing maintenance and renewal services to both domestic and commercial properties in the South area. Lot 3 - Paynes Heating & Plumbing Services Limited - Electrical Heating - Heating servicing maintenance, and renewals to electrically heated properties in both the North and South areas Lot 4 - Paynes Heating & Plumbing Services Limited - Renewables, Solar PV, and ventilation- Renewable, solar PV and ventilation servicing and renewals in both the North and South areas. Provision of Out of Hours call handling and social media monitoring Framework Services
**THIS CONTRACT HAS BEEN AWARDED AND THIS NOTICE IS A CONTRACT AWARD NOTICE** It is Hyde's intention in respect of this invitation to tender to create a multiple source Framework Agreement for the provision of Out of Hours call handling and social media monitoring services for the use of primarily The Hyde Group (Hyde) but also for the use of other public sector authorities as defined in the FTS/Contracts Finder contract notice. The service provider will provide Out of Hours call handling and social media monitoring services, responding to and managing calls on either an out of hours or 24/7 basis. This may include call handling across the housing, local authority, education and wider public sectors. The services include, but are not limited to:
- Out of hours / 24/7 emergency repairs call handling in line with Members agreed protocols,
- Anti-social behaviour (ASB) management - managing calls and providing reports,
- Planned and unplanned business continuity planning - to support any planned shut down time, staff training days, scheduled meetings etc. As well as call handling during unplanned periods, system failure etc,
- Contractor management - where required by the Member, allocating repair jobs to contractors in accordance with Member requirements which may include engaging local supply chains.

The Framework Value of £2,000,000,000 does not relate to the contract value. The Framework Value is a nominal amount to provide sufficient scope for framework usage by other public sector bodies during the 4 year framework term.
National Framework Partnership, acting on behalf of Hyde Housing Association, has established a national framework relating to Water Coolers. The framework covers rental, installation, servicing, breakdown cover, and associated services.

Hyde has established a framework for Vending Machines and associated services.
The agreement serves Hyde and the wider public sector by simplifying future procurements and ensuring that chosen appointees provide the public sector with value and exceptional service.
This framework is open to all current and future public sector bodies as listed on www.nfp.ltd, in the FAQ section and in accordance with the latest Office for National Statistics (ONS) classification guide.
