As the final stage of the Stratford-upon-Avon campus re-development project the College is inviting all interested Organisations to tender for the landscaping works for the central courtyard area of the Stratford-upon-Avon Campus.
Landscaping works will follow on from the demolition of 5 buildings onsite (block E, C, D, L and G), works will include rectification of ground levels, reduced levels dig, installation of a sustainable (SUDS) drainage scheme, electrical ducting, and soft and hard landscaping works. All disruptive works are to be complete by the end of August, interested Organisations are to carefully consider their programming (to minimise disruption to learners) and resourcing for this tender (to ensure early completion). The Service comprises of a fully managed Community Support Worker "CSW" placement provision to meet the educational and social needs of deaf learners while at the College.
The College currently operates two legacy BMS systems that have not been updated for some time. Blossomfield campus has been updated from an obsolete Windows 7 version of a Delta Controls system but still operates on a hard drive on a single computer in the office posing a significant single point of failure. Woodlands and Stratford-upon-Avon both operate a Trend BMS. In order to simplify building management across all campuses, a single integrated system is required to enhance heating, cooling and ventilation systems controls to drive energy efficiency improvements for the College.
It is expected that Contractors propose a phased installation between June 2023 and March 2025 to ensure robustness of provision.

Hull College Group aims to acquire 46 laptops for our 14-16 School to replace old damaged laptops. This tender is separate from the College's regular ICT capital expenditure requests, later this year.

The estimated value of the tender is expected to exceed £25,000 inc VAT, necessitating a tender process for best value and adherence to the College's Financial regulations. We will only accept this manufacture and model or a higher specification from the same manufacture, if the models specified are not available. For example a faster CPU may be substituted, or more ram can be added etc. No other manufactures will be accepted.
In addition to the requirements in this tender, a further call off will be put in place to allow for additional units to be purchased, for 18 months from award of tender.
