The total contract value covers Stage 1 (ECI) (value: £5,920,669.37), and Stage 2 (partial tendered value: £18,810,958.80). The full value of Stage 2 will only be known at the end of Stage 1, once the design is complete. The estimated value of the entire contract (Stage 1 and Stage 2) is between £40m and £50m.
