Home Group is seeking Oracle Support in two distinct areas, E-Business Suite (EBS) Database Administration Support (DBA) and EBS Technical and Functional Support. In line with the tender brief and associated documentation, our goal is to establish a robust Oracle support contract tailored to meet our needs in two distinct mission critical areas, EBS DBA Support and EBS Technical and Functional Support. We aim to secure a contract that ensures comprehensive, reliable and efficient support services enabling Home Group to maintain and enhance our EBS infrastructure and operations effectively. Services will be divided into two separate lots, with no interdependencies or restrictions on the suppliers who may submit proposals for either lot:- Lot 1 - EBS DBA Support The initial contract term is three years, with the option to extend for up to two additional one-year periods for lot 1 – 3+1+1. This results in a total potential contract duration of five years for this particular lot. Extensions will be at the discretion of Home Group and will require agreement with the successful supplier. Home Group are looking to appoint one or more providers to deliver their Insurance and related services for Property, legal liability and other general (non-life) insurable risks. The programme will require Insurance and related services for risks that may include but not be limited to: property damage and business interruption, employers, public, products and property owners liability, business combined/office, money, all risks, computer, contract works, group personal accident and employment practices liability. This list is to be decided at the sole discretion of Home Group. Suppliers will be required to have the financial ability to deliver the programme, including Insurers with a minimum rating of ‘BBB’ from standard and poor, 'B++' from AM Best, or an equivalent rating by an independent and reputable credit rating agency and approved by the bidder’s market security committee. In the case of any rating less than A-, the contracting authority will evaluate and accept the nominated insurer(s) at its sole discretion, subject to disclosure and acceptance prior to the ITT bid deadline of the bidder’s market security committee’s latest report, including written recommendation from the bidder’s market security committee. A tender for a sole provider for the provision of Responsive Repairs, Planned Works, and Void Preparation Works on our homes in the Greater London North and South region, which is referred to internally as Lots 1&2. This will be tendered as one lot and as stated above, Home Group are looking for a sole contractor to service the region as a whole, which has a stock level of approximately 5600 homes. The contract will have an initial 5 year term, commencing 28/10/26, with two optional performance based extensions of 3 and 2 years respectively. The form of contract will be JCT MTC. It is envisaged the contract value will be roughly £5m per annum.

This will consist of installation works, routine repairs, 5 yearly Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR’s) & associated remedial works within the North East of England.
