Home Group are interested in talking to the supplier market to discuss our requirements for Windows and Doors Supply and Installation.
Home Group require a range of UPVC Windows and Doors for our Property portfolio.
We are currently looking at creating a Framework for both:
Supply and Install and
Supply only options.
In addition, Home Group may have additional requirements for Fire Doors (Internal and External) as well as other Window and Door Types.
The Framework is designed to support the Direct Labour Organisation within the North East and in other areas within the UK.
Home Group are one of the UK largest providers of social housing with over 55000 properties in ownership or management.
We currently operate an in-house maintenance model which goes by the name of HGRS, however Home Group require sub contractors to support our in house team. Our intention is to carry out the bulk of our repairs in house, but there is always a need for reliable high quality subcontracts to support our operation.
To meet this need we are seeking sub contractors with an intimate knowledge of the North East area to submit tenders across a range of disciplines.
This opportunity relates to Fencing subcontractors, the value of the work may exceed £300k per annum.
