The Framework will fully support our Planned works and our Main Contractor clients in all mainland UK. Tenderers should note that the Contract is a Framework contract and orders under it will be made by Home Group as and when required. Home Group can offer no guarantee that any orders will be placed under the Contract. However, tenderers can note that Home Group has over 55,000 properties within its portfolio and has constant requirements for planned work activities.

This is a contract for Interior Design services for our Persona show homes and marketing suites, including rental furniture packages and bespoke interior design services on some of our larger schemes. It is a new national contract.

Home Group has established a Framework of suitably qualified and experienced consultants to provide Principal Designer services under Construction Design Management 2015 (PD CDM), Principal Designer services under Building Regulations (PD BR) and Client Advisor services for Building Regulations (BR) for new build and/or regeneration housing projects. The scope of projects may vary and may include elements of conversion, refurbishment works and supported housing projects.

Home Group is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors for the delivery of responsive repairs, void property works, planned works and compliance works (including building safety and fire safety works) to its circa 6,000 properties in the Northern Home Counties. The contract will be awarded to a single Contractor and run for an initial period of 10 years with the option to extend it by up to five years to a total Contract Term of 15 years. The contract will have provision to include additional workstreams over the Contract Term. Home Group intends to utilise either a Joint Venture Company or a Wholly Owned Subsidiary model for the delivery of the contract, further details of which are contained in the "Alternative Delivery Model Contract Structure" section of the Descriptive Document

Home Group is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to provide compliance services to its properties in London and the South East of England. The scope of the contract covers the following work: 1. Gas servicing and responsive repairs 2. Electrical testing including associated servicing repairs The services will be provided at predominately residential tenanted dwellings or multi-occupancy supported properties owned and/or managed by Home Group. The works and services will be carried out under a JCT MTC form with a schedule of amendments specific to Home Group.

Supply of metering and billing services

Home Group is currently seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors in relation to establishing a Framework to provide various minor works packages within the defined geographical management areas:- The framework covers Northern England only and the regional lots can be defined as follows: Lot 1 – Cumbria* CA1-28, LA2-23 Lot 2 – Yorkshire & Humberside HG1-5, YO7-62, LS1-29, HU2-18, WF1-17, BD2-24, HX1-7, HD1-9, DN4-15, S1-S70 *This region may extend into neighbouring region of Lancashire. Each regional lot will be tendered as 4 separate trade/service lots: Lot A – General Building Works Lot B – Void Property Refurbishments Lot C – Building Envelope Works Lot D – External Environmental It is HGL’s intention to appoint 3 contractors for lot A on a ranked basis and 1 contractor each for lot B, C, & D. Tenderers will be restricted to bidding for a maximum of 2 trade/service lots per region.

Tax Advice and related services covering all areas of taxation but principally Corporation Tax, Value Added Tax, Stamp Duty, Land Tax and Employment Tax.

Home Group is currently seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Facilities Management (FM) Service providers in relation to establishing a Framework to provide various FM contract workstreams for our national portfolio of office premises. The framework will be tendered as 3 separate service lots:- Lot 1 – Repairs & Maintenance and Compliance Services Lot 2 – Cleaning Services Lot 3 – Waste Collection & Management Services. Bidders can choose to apply for any and all lots depending on the services they offer.

Employee Assistance Programme, Occupational Health and Health Surveillance.

Home Group are looking to appoint one or more providers to deliver their Insurance and related services for Property, legal liability and other general (non-life) insurable risks. The programme will require Insurance and related services for risks that may include but not be limited to: property damage and business interruption, employers, public, products and property owners liability, business combined/office, money, all risks, computer, contract works, group personal accident and employment practices liability. This list is to be decided at the sole discretion of Home Group. Suppliers will be required to have the financial ability to deliver the programme, including Insurers with a minimum rating of ‘BBB’ from standard and poor, 'B++' from AM Best, or an equivalent rating by an independent and reputable credit rating agency and approved by the bidder’s market security committee. In the case of any rating less than A-, the contracting authority will evaluate and accept the nominated insurer(s) at its sole discretion, subject to disclosure and acceptance prior to the ITT bid deadline of the bidder’s market security committee’s latest report, including written recommendation from the bidder’s market security committee. Suppliers will be assessed but not limited to the following high level criterion: - The ability to provide the Contracting Authority with a choice of suitable insurers and/or suitable cover options - A skilled and competent service team, being Client Relationship Management, Insurance Claims management, Insurance Broking / underwriting and insurable risk managers - The delivery of quality service to the Contracting Authority and our clients, including that provided to us by any third-party contractor employed by you or by the Insurer(s) you propose

Home Group has established a framework agreement of suitably qualified and experienced professionals to undertake Fire Risk Assessments on such Home Group premises as, rented accommodation, offices, supported accommodation, leasehold accommodation and commercial premises. The scope of the premises covered will include all Home Group property types. The contract covers the entirety of the area including properties Home Group may acquire or become responsible for during the contract term. Assessors may also be required to complete other associated work types under this contract.

Home Group wish to appoint a Framework Partner to supply an extensive range of Building Material products. The Framework will fully support both our Direct Labour Organisation in the North East of England and our Sub Contractor clients in all mainland UK. Materials are required to be made available on the following basis: Home Group require a Main Store(s) for the provision of materials, this must be located within the North East of England with supporting branches in the same region to support our Direct Labour Organisation. Materials to be supplied UK wide to a variety of sub-Contractors undertaking planned works. Home Group will need to be consulted on the choice of dedicated store(s) site and retain the right of veto over final site selection.
