Home Group has established a framework agreement of suitably qualified and experienced professionals to undertake Fire Risk Assessments on such Home Group premises as, rented accommodation, offices, supported accommodation, leasehold accommodation and commercial premises. The scope of the premises covered will include all Home Group property types.
The contract covers the entirety of the area including properties Home Group may acquire or become responsible for during the contract term. Assessors may also be required to complete other associated work types under this contract.
Home Group are looking to appoint one or more providers to deliver their Insurance and related services for Property, legal liability and other general (non-life) insurable risks.
The programme will require Insurance and related services for risks that may include but not be limited to: property damage and business interruption, employers, public, products and property owners liability, business combined/office, money, all risks, computer, contract works, group personal accident and employment practices liability. This list is to be decided at the sole discretion of Home Group.
Suppliers will be required to have the financial ability to deliver the programme, including Insurers with a minimum rating of ‘BBB’ from standard and poor, 'B++' from AM Best, or an equivalent rating by an independent and reputable credit rating agency and approved by the bidder’s market security committee. In the case of any rating less than A-, the contracting authority will evaluate and accept the nominated insurer(s) at its sole discretion, subject to disclosure and acceptance prior to the ITT bid deadline of the bidder’s market security committee’s latest report, including written recommendation from the bidder’s market security committee.
Suppliers will be assessed but not limited to the following high level criterion:
- The ability to provide the Contracting Authority with a choice of suitable insurers and/or suitable cover options
- A skilled and competent service team, being Client Relationship Management, Insurance Claims management, Insurance Broking / underwriting and insurable risk managers
- The delivery of quality service to the Contracting Authority and our clients, including that provided to us by any third-party contractor employed by you or by the Insurer(s) you propose
Home Group Ltd (HGL) is currently seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced
installation contractors in relation to establishing a Framework to provide Door Entry System
and Communal Door Replacements as part of a 5 year Planned Capital Investment
Programme.

Home Group wish to appoint a Framework Partner to supply an extensive range of Building Material products. The Framework will fully support both our Direct Labour Organisation in the North East of England and our Sub Contractor clients in all mainland UK. Materials are required to be made available on the following basis: Home Group require a Main Store(s) for the provision of materials, this must be located within the North East of England with supporting branches in the same region to support our Direct Labour Organisation. Home Group are seeking to appoint an innovative and dynamic partner to supply a media buying service to support our national programme of new build homes marketed under the Persona Homes brand. The main purpose of the contract is to support the marketing team to achieve their targets in acquiring leads for the right homes in a cost effective manner. At a hight level, the agency will be responsible for all media purchase on our behalf of our team, although ‘portals’ are not included.
Home Group is seeking to appoint up to three suitably experienced and qualified contractors to deliver repairs and maintenance services across London and the South East. The three contracts will cover a total of circa 7,000 properties of mixture tenure types including rented, shared ownership, supported services and leasehold. The work streams required will be as follows:
• Responsive Repairs- delivery of 24/7, 365 days a year Responsive Repairs service, with an emphasis on reducing the number of visits through adoption of a proactive approach
• Void works- undertaking works to empty properties to Home Group’s lettable standards
• Planned Works the planned replacement of components including kitchens, bathrooms, doors, windows, roofs and electrical and heating systems
• Planned Preventative Maintenance-proactive approach to identifying repairs with a view to reducing the need for customers to report repairs.
The contract will run for an initial term of 5 years with the option to extend for a further period of 3 years and following that a further term of 2 years, giving a total contract term of 10 years.
