HLH plans to procure an LMS to handle core leisure management functions and introduce new functionality which includes but is not limited to:
Digital highlife card (through App or suchlike) to reduce plastics
Recurring card payments in addition to Direct Debit
LMS to be hosted by supplier (or on HLH Azure infrastructure with remote access enabled for supplier)
App for membership / bookings and push notifications
Retail scanning (currently requires manual input into LMS EPOS)
Integration with finance system (CiA by technologyone)
EPOS integration with Dojo card payment terminals
On behalf of The Highland Council, High Life Highland wish to appoint a supplier of a ticketing and merchandising system to be integrated on-line within the website for Inverness Castle, and off-line within retail location(s) at Inverness Castle.

An e-commerce system that allows purchases of merchandise from the Inverness Castle Experience website
Retail purchases from the Inverness Castle Experience shop, and a pop-up store within the Inverness Castle Experience
Food and beverage purchases in the Inverness Castle Experience bar, café and restaurant areas
High Life Highland is seeking a single supplier to supply retail sales goods to facilities throughout the Highland area. HLH is keen to continue to provide access to its members at all Leisure Facilities to purchase good quality sports wear and accessories
High Life Highland wishes to arrange a formal contract, or contracts, for the provision of Swimming pool water treatment chemicals to numerous HLH facilities throughout the Highland Area of Scotland.
On behalf of THC, HLH wish to appoint a commercial partner to design and operate a unique whisky experience within the North Tower of Inverness Castle that celebrates and resonates with the ‘Spirit of the Highlands’ theme. The word partnership is used deliberately to highlight from the outset that the nature of this contract must be collaborative. At this stage in the project there is the opportunity to add specialist expertise in the whisky sector to the existing design and creative teams to further enhance the quality and breadth of the visitor experience at the Castle.
