HfL requires a framework for the provision of a suitable Occupational Health and Employee Assistance Program supplier for all types of educational settings, providing a full range of services that enable school leaders and staff to effectively manage staff attendance, health, and wellbeing. This offer will be accessible for the aforementioned educational settings nationally.
An Occupational Health provider gives settings access to clinical advice which gives schools the ability to manage attendance and ill health. The core services that must be supplied as a minimum are the provision of pre-employment checks, management referrals and assessment, ill health retirement assessments and eligibility certification.

Invitation to Tender for Broadband Network Services Framework Agreement
HFL has elected to reprocure a Framework for the provision of suitable broadband network services for schools, and education settings within Hertfordshire including MATs with a setting in Hertfordshire. The Supplier will provide a fully managed wide area broadband network to enable a high-speed network connection to eligible settings. In line with Government recommendations and the national fibre roll out, schools are expected to move off copper-based connections and move over to fibre solutions. Suppliers are required to continue delivering EoFTTC, FTTC and SOGEA where is it available locally.
