The support provided must equip Young People with the life skills required to sustain an independent tenancy long term, thus preventing future homelessness. The service will support vulnerable Young People whose lives may be chaotic, and in need of high levels of support and input from specialist teams. The service will provide the Young Person with a settled period in a safe environment, where they will receive an intensive housing management and support service, which will signpost Young People to the most appropriate Specialist Service Provider e.g. drug and alcohol, sexual health, CAMHS, domestic abuse, parenting services or any other appropriate service. The Contract will be split into the following Lots.
