Herefordshire & Worcestershire Health and Care Trust and Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust require a service for the provision of Planned Preventative Maintenance and repair of their air conditioning systems and refrigeration equipment. The appointed contractor will be required to provide 2 (two) annual Planned Preventative Maintenance Inspections of all air conditioning systems and refrigeration equipment, including cold rooms, listed in the Equipment Schedules for both Trusts, to comply with FGas and all other relevant regulations. The appointed contractor will also provide emergency repairs and reactive maintenance services in ensuring continued functionality of the equipment. Appointed contractor may be requested to provide quotations for new installations of air conditioning and/or refrigeration equipment during the contract term but this will be on a non-exclusive basis.
