This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to advise, and engage, the market of a forthcoming opportunity from HealthTrust Europe for the provision of a Framework Agreement for HR Service Solutions, Payroll Management and Finance & Accounting; with the desired outcome of addressing productivity and efficiency challenges within the public sector. The pre-market engagement will cover the full range of back-office services for the public sector.
