The proposed works are to complete major structural underpinning works and to rebuild & level failing external access paths to 12 units - BLK 18-40 Ford Close (SBLKs 18-28 & 30-40). This will improve the structural integrity of the building, improve health and safety, whilst helping to maintain the aesthetics of the council's portfolio of properties from further damage.
