The works will consist of the Open Space Maintenance to all open space areas in accordance with the maintenance schedule of grassed areas, rough grassed areas, shrub beds, isolated trees and woodland in accordance with the maintenance schedule (Priced Section). The cutting period will be from April to October annually for each year and the winter maintenance from November to March. Generally, within the six geographical lots of the framework (Scotland wide) but may include any other geographical areas in future after new build developments.

The framework is split into 6 geographical areas, Lots 1, 2 and 3 are broken down to 10 Trade lot delivery and Lots 4, 5 and 6 are Multi-trade single lot delivery. The works will consist of All-Trades reactive repairs including out of hours emergencies covering 365 days per year and 24/7 in-day and out of hours reactive repairs to properties and common areas at various sites within The Association stock as may be required from time to time during the Framework Period by the Framework Administrator or his representatives All trades works including but not exclusively Joiner, Plumber, Electrical, Builder, Plastering, Painting, Tiler, etc. To carry out void repairs to properties at various sites and locations within The Association stock. Hanover (Scotland) is seeking a Warden Call and Telecare Services solution for its portfolio of homes across Scotland. This solution will deliver periodic testing, routine maintenance and repairs including a 24/7 / 365 days response capability for the restoration of critical services and a customer request service for fault reporting and resolution. To enable this, integration with existing Warden Call, Telecare and other Hanover systems will be required.
