Hafod are seeking to appoint suitable supplier to supply and deliver internal furniture and furnishings to approximately 17 Hafod end-user facilities in the South Wales region. Colleagues will call items off the contract/s as and when goods are required.
Hafod Housing Association Ltd (Hafod) is looking for an experienced and qualified Contractor to provide the Provision of Supply & Lodging of Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)
The appointed Contractor will be required to conduct approximately 500 Energy Performance Certificates per year, commencing on the first working day of March each year with completion by the last working day in October each year within its occupied properties.
As well as the above planned EPC’s the appointed Contractor would be required to conduct Energy Performance Certificates throughout the year on void properties as they arise with a turnaround time of 72 hours (three working days), allowing the properties to be re-let as soon as possible. This accounts for approximately 100 a year.
The scope of this tender is to review proposals for the Provision and implementation of a Housing Management System with Customer Relationship Management.
ITT Description
Hafod Community Housing Association (Hafod) is looking for an experienced and qualified Service Provider to provide the Provision of Property, Combined Liability and Motor fleet Insurance.
The estimated start date of the Contract is 30th June 2025
The length of the Contract is 5 years initially, with an option to extend for a further 2 x 1 year periods.
The Contract with the awarded Service Provider will be made under Supplier terms
Hafod Housing Association Ltd, is re-tendering the contract to provide service and maintenance cover for its lifts (platform, through floor, stair and vertical).
A 3-year comprehensive contract as more fully described in Section 5.15 (schedule 1a) whereby the Contractor undertakes, for a specified all-inclusive consideration, to carry out all or any maintenance, repairs or renewals which may be or become necessary and provide an emergency 24-hour service;
The Contract term shall include the option for two further 12-month extensions based on contract performance over the initial 3-year period.
The Employer’s objectives are to maintain a high level of reliability and availability of its units by operating a system of planned preventative maintenance with response to call outs and call backs/breakdowns maintained at agreed performance levels.
Hafod requires a Supplier to undertake works/services for the provision of Grounds Maintenance.

- Lot 4: Bridgend
The estimated start date for the contract is April 2026.

Hafod requires a Supplier to undertake responsive repairs and maintenance services throughout its housing stock, care homes and support schemes.

Bidders may submit a tender response for any number of lots. However, Hafod will award no more than two (2) regional lots to any single Bidder, regardless of the number of lots bid for or the Bidder’s relative ranking across lots further details can be found in section 96 – 115 of the tender documents.
The successful Supplier will be expected to deliver the requirement as an extension of Hafod and take full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of the Contract. Further details can be found in Schedule 1 – Specification.
