using a plough vessel or similar appropriate agitation dredging techniques;
Dredging of sand from the eastern end of the Harwich approach channel using trailing hopper suction dredgers.
Harwich Haven requires a replacement systems and technology solution to support their Vessel Traffic Services operation, incorporating pilotage and other support services.
The successful solution will comply with industry standards, include a robust support and maintenance contract, with a demonstrable focus on client engagement and a user community approach.
