The requirement is for the provision of Gas & Electricity Flexible PIA Supply Products in accordance with the specifications set out in the Invitation to Tender (ITT). The contract is due to commence on 1 October 2026 and is for 36-months and may include the addition of further sites during the term. With the option to extend an additional 12 months, making a maximum Contract duration, including extensions, of 48 months. It will be at the sole discretion of the Authority to invoke the extension clause or not.
The Trust wishes to enter into a contract with a single Supplier for the provision of waste management for the 7 schools in Lot 1 (Berkshire) and a single Supplier for the provision of waste management for the 11 schools in Lot 2 (London/Surrey). Suppliers may tender for both Lots. Details of these schools can be found in Appendix A. The Trust is seeking an agreement via competitive tender from suitably qualified organisations
Greenshaw Learning Trust (GLT) invited tenders from interested parties to secure a position on the GLT Framework Agreement for Education Supplies.
This was a Trust specific agreement and covered a wide range of educational products and supplies across all member schools.
Products included stationery and office supplies including classroom supplies, paper and card, furniture, exercise books and workbooks, furniture and other learning materials and educational equipment.
The framework agreement was split into lots and there was no limit on the number of Lots a bidder were able to apply for.
The framework agreement is for 2 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years.
