NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board is seeking to appoint suitable providers to a Children and Young People's Safe Zones service. The aim of the procurement is to is to provide a service across the Greater Manchester (GM) area that gives support to young people, from 0-17 years inclusive, seven days a week, who are in crisis e.g. experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, depression, suicidal thoughts and evolving to self-defined crisis by the young person. The procurement is looking to develop both daytime locality based services as well as a whole GM overnight service. The contract for both the Day and Nighttime Service will have an initial term of 36 months with a maximum extension of a further 24 months, however for the Daytime Service Provision the Service Commencement date will be between 1st April 2024 - 1st July 2024 (to be agreed between successful providers and the Contract Authority dependant on mobilisation requirements. For the Overnight Service Provision the Service Commencement date will be 1st July 2024). The contracts will have an estimated combined annual value of £1,000,000. The Services to which this Procurement relates fall within the scope of Schedule 1 of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board is seeking to appoint a suitable provider for the Provision of an Integrated Urgent Care Model in Salford. The model should align urgent and unscheduled care services enabling a flexible approach to meet demand. The services should include: • a Local Clinical Assessment Service (LCAS) which operates 24/7 managing NHS 111 calls as part of urgent care by appointment including all primary care dispositions requiring response within 1 hour. • Primary Care Streaming at the front door of the Emergency Department in Salford, originally operational 8am-8pm but extended to 8am-midnight at times of system pressure as a winter resilience scheme • GP Out of Hours (GPOOH) providing cover 6.30pm to 8am The Contract to be offered to the Recommended Bidder at the end of this Procurement will be for an initial duration of 3 years, which is intended to run from approximately 1st July 2024 (contract start date to be agreed) until approximately 30th June 2027 with the possibility of contract extensions of up to a total of a further 24 months, subject to any restrictions placed nationally by NHS England or the Department of Health and Social Care. It is the intention of the Relevant Authority to enter into a single contract with one Bidder. As advertised, the anticipated, maximum total contract value (including any potential extensions) is £21,250,000 with an annual affordability limit set at £4,250,000. NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board is inviting suitably experienced and capable providers to apply for the Procurement for the Provision of Individual Carbon Monoxide Monitors and Distribution Services for Pregnancy Smoking Cessation Support. The Contract to be offered to the Recommended Bidder at the end of this Procurement will be for a duration of up to two years which is intended to run from the Commencement Date (anticipated to be from April 2024 at the earliest) with the option to extend for an additional two years, up to a maximum contract duration of four years. The estimated value of the contract is £110,000 per annum and estimated overall maximum contract value of approximately £440,000 for the maximum term of the contract. The Contracting Authority requires the Specification to be delivered for an indicative estimated number of 1500 or more iCO devices for each contractual year. The Relevant Authority is seeking to appoint provider/s to support the Greater Manchester area with Mental Health Support for children in Trafford. There are two pathways for which the Relevant Authority is looking to commission an appropriate provider for each lot. Providers will be able to bid for Lot 1, Lot 2 or both Lots. Lot 1 -Universal Emotional Health and Wellbeing Support for Children aged 5-13 years in Trafford, and Lot 2 - Targeted Early Intervention and Prevention for Mental Health for children aged 8-18 years in Trafford. The Total Contract Value for both lots is £900,000 excluding VAT (further details on the value for each lot is included in the Lot descriptions). The contract term for each Lot will be 2 years, which is intended to run from 1 October 2026 until 30 September 2028 with a one-year contract extension up to 30 September 2029.
