Greater Manchester Police are seeking to establish a National Framework for the provision of an Insider Threat Monitoring and Audit Software solution. GMP, in common with all Police Forces, faces a threat from internal corruption. The risk of misuse of Police systems and data is a serious matter which requires deterrent, monitoring and the ability to produce evidence to support prosecution in the event of abuse. With Forces now utilising mobile devices it is a mandatory requirement that potential suppliers can offer a solution for mobile devices within their software solutions.

Project CARA (Cautioning Adult and Relationship Abuse) is an early ‘awareness raising diversionary’ intervention targeting domestic abuse offenders who have received a Diversionary Caution. Offenders attend two workshops which are designed to help offenders understand what domestic abuse is, the impact it has, and its consequences. It also signposts offenders to other specialist services. Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA), as the contracting authority for Greater Manchester Police, seeks to appoint a Commissioned Organisation to work with Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA), Greater Manchester Police (GMP) and The Hampton Trust to roll out Project CARA.

Greater Manchester Police are seeking tender bids from suitable suppliers for the provision of Internal and External Signage for its current and future Estate. The successful Supplier shall have the ability and resource to deliver a full service in relation to the production, supply, installation and removal of signs and associated signage equipment. The contract comes with an additional requirement for the production and supply of vinyl (or equivalent) Helmet Badge labels; therefore, only those suppliers whose tender submission can cater for all of the requirements detailed in the Specification will be considered.

The requirement is for a complete service in respect of temporary alarm systems, for the protection of vulnerable witnesses. The alarms are to be installed as a short term measure for recent victims of crime, premises that have been identified as having a temporary high risk, victims of domestic violence, in witness protection programs, and other circumstances as requested. The alarms are primarily to be wire-free (but in rare cases may need to be hardwired).

The provision of Grounds Maintenance works on a planned maintenance and minor project works basis throughout the Force estate. The works included in this contract are those necessary to maintain the external areas at specified sites to an acceptable standard, all in accordance with the specification and in conjunction with a proactive approach to working together in partnership.

The provision of a Contractorto provide a proactive and reactive Lift MaintenanceService throughout GMP's estate.The maintenance services shall be fully comprehensive, and only specific exclusionsshall apply as stated within the tender document.

The Authority requires bids from suitably qualified organisations to provide vehicle accident repair services, minor mechanical repairs, commissioning and decommissioning of vehicle on a non-exclusive basis. This procurement is divided into 2 Lots
