Supply and daily delivery of Pre-Prepared Radiopharmaceutical Kits used in Nuclear Medicine Diagnostics. The service is critical to the delivery of time-sensitive diagnostic procedures, particularly those related to cancer pathways. Due to the nature of the product - radioactive isotopes with rapid decay - the supply is geographically restricted and must adhere to extremely tight production and delivery timelines. Kits must be delivered to the Trust by 7:0 am each day, with no shelf life available, requiring a fresh supply every 24 hours to maintain operational continuity.

Fire Remediation Works to Pharmacy Robot Conveyor System
Great Western Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (referred to as GWH), installed a conveyor dispensing system within their Pharmacy department in 2022. The system now requires review and updating to ensure the integrity of the fire rating will be maintained when passing through a fire rated structure.
Anticipated scope of the Remediation Works required:
· Undertake an onsite inspection to enable the supplier to familiarise themselves with the site, building and installations.
· Undertake a review of all existing information relating to the conveyor system and the existing fire strategy.
· Attend workshops and meetings as required to support, progress and develop a technical design (drawings, specifications). This will also include engagement with the manufacturer of the conveyor system. The anticipated number of meetings required to be proposed and agreed.
· Act as Principal Designer under the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) on behalf of GWH and submit and manage the application through the various gateways until successful conclusion.
The Project Team has approached a number of potential suppliers, however only one organisation has been identified as having the relevant technical expertise, resource and capacity to deliver the project within the required timescales. Therefore, after full consideration of the technical and resource restrictions, GWH will be awarding this contract to Kendall Kingscott Limited.
GWH will observe an 8-day standstill from the published date of this notice before entering into a contract with Kendall Kingscott Limited.

The service is an online testing platform via (SH.UK & Freetest.me which offers fully integrated self-sampling online sexual health service that allows service users to provide their own clinical support and remote screening for STI's) with good level of embedded local clinical support, including direct links into Trust system and pathways.
It is hoped that an online service with postal testing and clinic in a box will:
• Enable asymptomatic service-users and those with mild symptoms to obtain timely and convenient STI screening without having to contact the clinic.
• Be used in conjunction with telephone triage and virtual consultations to streamline low risk asymptomatic and mildly symptomatic individuals so experienced clinicians see the symptomatic, high risk and vulnerable service-users face to face.
• Facilitate access to STI screening and treatment for those who find it difficult to attend sexual health services.
The kit requesting system should have a two-step verification process to verify real and unique users.
The following are covered;
• A postal STI screening service.
• An online platform integrated with Trust websites, with clinical triage, safeguarding, and eligibility filtering.
• Laboratory analysis through a UKAS-accredited facility, with rapid turnaround and secure communication of results.

The reimbursement is necessary to settle costs incurred by Prime PLC on behalf of GWH NHS Foundation Trust for securing an
allocation of electrical capacity from Southern Electric Power Distribution (SEPD) PLC for the Expansion Land site. SEPD, operating
under SSE, is the sole provider of electrical capacity in Swindon, and these works can only be undertaken by formally appointed utility
providers.
At the time the capacity offer was made, GWH did not have access to the required funds, and Prime PLC, as the appointed Developer
Partner, agreed to pay the invoices to avoid losing the allocation. This reimbursement ensures the Trust meets its financial obligations,
removes outstanding debt from the development partnership, and maintains progress on the expansion programme.
