GOSH is seeking an analytics platform that presents up-to-date and accurate NHS activity and income data on a user-friendly market share and benchmarking tool to help GOSH make informed decisions regarding future service provision and financial opportunities.
The tool will give users that ability to breakdown NHS activity and income by patient demographic data, specialty of diagnosis or procedure, referral data including GP practice and/or other provider, episode-related information that includes co-morbidity score, etc.

Mandatory Training compliance is managed through our GOLD LMS system and hosts the Training Needs Analysis and refresher period data by staff group, GOLD hosts both Statutory and Mandatory Training and all training considered a competence for a role. Compliance reporting requires several manual interventions to manage our training compliance via our current version of GOLD. This is to ensure that the training is assigned correctly, and the data is reported accurately, and circled back into ESR, Appraisal information is currently a manual process and held separately. Transferability of training records between Trusts will be improved by the Digital Staff Passport. Our current version of Totara (2.6) is no longer nationally supported. Upgraded GOLD (Version 13 or above) is expected to enables the addition of a bespoke appraisal model to support our People Strategy and 'Modernising HR systems and processes'.
GOSH are currently using Totara v2.6 to host and manage our statutory, mandatory and core competency training requirements. We therefore require a supplier who would implement the transfer of our existing LMS from the existing supplier (WebAnywhere) and to offer an upgrade our system in terms of user experience customization, system functionality and security. Totara v2.6 is licenced until 27 June 2023so that the requirement is to upgrade to Totara version 13 including hosting services.
