This is a contract Variation to extend the scope and value of current
contract is deemed urgent and criterial to service delivery continuing. This includes urgent commercial property management cover on
tenanted unit and maintenance and management, SQR Asset
management and additional Revenue generation.
GTR have awarded a contract for an accessible value-add travel management service that fulfills the requirement to provide Air, Rail, Hotels, Meetings & Events and Car Hire bookings. Travel Management includes providing access to a range of price and service options in line with GTR's travel and environmental policies. The service is to be accessible via an online platform as well as over the phone and in writing if required.
The contract is to provide Govia Thameslink Railway Limited (GTR) with printing services across it's operating brands including Thameslink, Great Northern, Southern and Gatwick Express. The following printing related goods are be published and delivered to GTR's 200+ locations; Special Traffic Notice (STN), Weekly Operating Notice (WON), Period Operating Notice (PON), Central Passengers Alteration Notice (CPAN) and Driver Schedule Cards.
Govia Thameslink Railway Limited (GTR) are looking to procure a partner to deliver an online
Ticket Issuing System (desktop and mobile App) "webTIS".
GTR are therefore looking for a service provider that can offer the following:
• A WebTIS (desktop, mobile web & app) solution aligned to current and future customer retail behaviour
• A front-end customer app
• Functionality to deliver new ticketing products to the Customer
• Capability to retail the latest digital barcode rail tickets
• A UK Railway Industry compliant Rail Delivery Group accredited back-office system including financial processing via Lennon (either currently accredited or with realistic plans
to become so)
• An accessibility compliant product suite to rail industry standards
• Full accreditation and compliance with UK Rail Retailing Standards (where applicable)
