GTR seeks the Supplier to provide services including (but not limited to): (a) Assessment and specialist opinions on mental health issues, (b) 24/7 access to free confidential telephone counselling, advice and information including critical/traumatic incident support line, (c) EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), counselling (including trauma, bereavement and addiction) and meditation.

GTR sought to procure a supplier for Pest Control Services for their Stations and Depots which included but was not limited to undertaking planned visit, inspection and treatment of pests and services, highlighting any action required to maintain pest control observed during planned visits, responding to reactive call outs, identifying and dealing with any infestation promptly, thoroughly and efficiently, highlight any evidence of pests not covered within the scope of works contract, highlighting any proofing requirements and other pest control (insects/manual) will be utilised as and when required and managed under the contract accordingly.

GTR sought to procure a supplier for Vegetation Management Services which included but were not limited to mowing, seeding, planting and pruning, undertaking planned visits, inspections, and treatment at depot locations, undertaking clearance of vegetation, spraying herbicide treatment to the affected areas, responding to reactive callouts at depot locations.

The purpose of this contract is to enable GTR to comply with current legislative requirements relating to the inspection and certification of lifting equipment and pressure systems. The contract includes: independent, competent examination, assessment and reports on equipment; records of inspections on equipment; management information reports; and competent professional services in relation to duties and tasks required to ensure legislative compliance, such as preparation of written schemes of examination for GTR pressure systems and lifting equipment.

GTR is seeking Contractors to undertake reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance and statutory inspections at depots, stations, office facilities, train crew accommodation and other locations in line with the Network Rail Access Conditions and to SFG20 specification where relevant. GTR’s requirement is divided into two lots as specified below: •Lot 1: Fleet Infrastructure Depots and Sidings Maintenance •Lot 2: Stations, Offices and Welfare Sites Facilities Maintenance Bidders are welcome to tender for one or both Lots, either as separate contracts, or as a combined contract. The mechanism that determines who the winning bidder is for each Lot will be set out at tender stage.

Lot 1 Environmental Services at Stations, Office and Welfare Sites includes: • Water Hygiene Services • Asbestos Monitoring Services • Fire Risk Assessments • COSHH Assessments. Lot 2 Environmental Services at Depots and Rolling Stock includes: • Environmental Water Monitoring and L8 Legionella Control • Water Monitoring of Traction and Rolling Stock • Asbestos Monitoring • Fire Risk Assessments • Carriage Wash Machine Plant Audits • DSEAR Assessments • COSHH • Occupational Exposure Monitoring • Environmental Training • Oil Sampling and Analysis.

GTR sought to procure a supplier for cleaning services at their fleet and facilities. Lot 1 fleet activities primarily undertaken throughout the day at Terminus Railway Stations when trains reach their destination before being 'Turned Around' and going back into service. Lot 2 facilities cleaning across 240 railway stations plus other property located across the Southeast of England including Railway Stations, Offices, Training Facilities, Engineering Depots (specific areas only), Train Driver Depots, Train Crew Accommodation
