GTR sought to procure a supplier for Pest Control Services for their Stations and Depots which included but was not limited to undertaking planned visit, inspection and treatment of pests and services, highlighting any action required to maintain pest control observed during planned visits, responding to reactive call outs, identifying and dealing with any infestation promptly, thoroughly and efficiently, highlight any evidence of pests not covered within the scope of works contract, highlighting any proofing requirements and other pest control (insects/manual) will be utilised as and when required and managed under the contract accordingly.
GTR sought to procure a supplier for Vegetation Management Services which included but were not limited to mowing, seeding, planting and pruning, undertaking planned visits, inspections, and treatment at depot locations, undertaking clearance of vegetation, spraying herbicide treatment to the affected areas, responding to reactive callouts at depot locations.
The purpose of this contract is to enable GTR to comply with current legislative requirements relating to the inspection and certification of lifting equipment and pressure systems. The contract includes: independent, competent examination, assessment and reports on equipment; records of inspections on equipment; management information reports; and competent professional services in relation to duties and tasks required to ensure legislative compliance, such as preparation of written schemes of examination for GTR pressure systems and lifting equipment.

Lot 1 fleet activities primarily undertaken throughout the day at Terminus Railway Stations when trains reach their destination before being 'Turned Around' and going back into service. Lot 2 facilities cleaning across 240 railway stations plus other property located across the Southeast of England including Railway Stations, Offices, Training Facilities, Engineering Depots (specific areas only), Train Driver Depots, Train Crew Accommodation
