B2G Framework: Flat roofing full systems and all associated works, supplies and services
On behalf of Gold Hill HA, B2G.services are tendering a national framework for use by any UK contracting authority wishing to procure a flat roofing 'full system' installation, repair or upgrade and all associated works supplies and services in relation to any asset class of property, anywhere in the UK.
This framework is aimed at flat roofing system suppliers and manufacturers, who will be expected to oversee the design, survey and installation of full systems by their approved system contractors, checking full installations to ensure material warranty and guarantee requirements are met prior to handover. Framework suppliers must therefore be able to offer a comprehensive all-in-one service to co-ordinate all of the above.
To optimise efficiency and compliance in both project procurement and project delivery, framework suppliers may also assign projects to their approved system contractors registered on the B2G DPS, who then contract with the authority under the DPS and deliver the project/s on behalf of the framework supplier. It is therefore anticipated that approved system contractors will register for the B2G DPS being launched concurrently.
B2G DPS - Construction and RMI works, supplies and services
On behalf of Gold Hill HA, B2G.services are tendering a national DPS for use by any UK contracting authority wishing to procure construction, repair, maintenance or improvement works, supplies and services, and all associated works supplies and services, in relation to any asset class of property, anywhere in the UK.
Suppliers may specify their preferences in terms of region, project value and work type including but not limited to roofing, insulation, windows, doors, kitchens, bathrooms, heating, electrics, painting, decorating, adaptations, scaffolding, groundworks, landscaping, demolition, security, cleaning, waste collection and disposal.
To optimise efficiency and compliance in both procurement and delivery of a project, this DPS is designed to be used in tandem with B2G frameworks where a significant part of the project may be sub-contracted, and in which case the B2G framework supplier may assign it in whole or part to their approved / specialist contractor registered on the DPS, who then contracts with the authority under the DPS and delivers the works, supplies and or services under the auspices of the B2G framework supplier, who continues to oversee delivery of the project.
B2G Pitched and Solar Roofing solutions and all associated works, goods and services
On behalf of Gold Hill HA, B2G.services are tendering a national framework for use by contracting authorities across the UK wishing to procure the new or continued services of specialist roofing contractors to deliver pitched and solar roofing installations, repairs and upgrades, and all associated works, goods and services, for both residential and non-residential property.
Specialist pitched roofing contractors with proven capability of successfully delivering projects for contracting authorities are invited to email tenders@b2g.services.
Specialist solar contactors are invited to contact tenders@b2g.services with a view to registering for the DPS which operate alongside B2G frameworks, noting that B2G framework suppliers may assign projects to specialist suppliers registered on the B2G DPS, who then contract with the authority and deliver those elements under the auspices of the framework supplier, and compliant with the specification, standards and regulations set out in the framework documents. This facility optimises project procurement, delivery, risk management and control.
B2G MWX: Minor Works and all associated works, supplies and services
B2G MWX will supersede and unify B2G's MW20 (national) and MW21 (regional) minor works frameworks, both of which are due to expire during Q1 2024, and will incorporate features successfully introduced in later frameworks,
This framework will enable any UK contracting authority to procure one-off projects, programmes or term contracts to deliver both major or minor planned and/or responsive works in the construction, repair, maintenance and improvement of both housing and non-housing.
This framework will be suited to principal contractors with multi-discipline capability, who operate both nationally and/or regionally, given that it will operate as a single UK lot, within which contractors have the option to designate 'active regions' and specialist 'work types'.
Specialist contractors may also prefer to register for the B2G DPS, which operates in tandem with all B2G frameworks. However, whether framework or DPS, we set the bar high, and only appoint suppliers who are competent and competitive.

The framework value is £200m PER ANNUM. nb. B2G frameworks operate on a 12 month auto-renewable basis (see note IV.1.3 within this notice) to maximise value of participation whilst minimising impact on bid team resource.
