Gateway Housing Association wish to appoint a competent and experienced sustainability consultancy services organisation to support Gateway Housing Association development projects. Full details related to the scope of services to be procured are included within tender documentation. It is intended that the contract established following the procurement will run for an initial term of three years, extendable for a further term of up to two years via annual extensions. Any extension will be at the discretion of Gateway Housing Association. The estimated contract value for the initial project is c. £168,000 (exc VAT). Any future spend will be dependent upon development projects undertaken by Gateway Housing Association, for the purpose of the contract notice a maximum contract value of £350,000 (exc VAT) has been included.
Gateway Housing Association wish to establish a framework of competent and experienced service providers to undertake grounds maintenance and associated services at properties owned and/or managed by Gateway Housing Association. Full details related to the scope of services to be procured are included within tender documentation.It is intended that the framework agreement established following the procurement will run for a maximum term of four years, with call-off contract(s) entered into under the framework agreement. Gateway Housing Association will utilise a bespoke framework agreement and call-off contract.
Gateway Housing Association wish to appoint a competent and experienced service provider to undertake tree maintenance and associated works at properties owned and/or managed by Gateway Housing Association.It is intended that the contract established following the procurement will run for an initial term of three years, extendable for a further term of up to two years via annual extensions. The estimated contract value per annum is £45,000 (exc VAT).Gateway Housing Association comply with the requirements of London Living Wage as defined by the Living Wage Foundation and updated annually by the Mayor of London, therefore prices submitted at tender stage and throughout the contract term should be in line with these requirements as a minimum.
Insurance and related services for Property, legal liability and other general (non-life) insurable risks, as required by Gateway Housing Association. The financial ability to deliver the programme, including Insurers with a minimum rating of ‘BBB’ from standard and poor, ‘B++’ from A M best, or an equivalent rating by an independent and reputable credit rating agency and approved by the bidder’s market security committee. In the case of any rating less than A-, the contracting authority will evaluate and accept the nominated insurer(s) at its sole discretion, subject to disclosure and acceptance prior to the ITT bid deadline of the bidder’s market security committee’s latest report, including written recommendation from the bidder’s market security committee.
