The delivery provider will have experience of providing one-to-one employability support (staff will need Information, Advice and Guidance experience) and will need to understand how to thoroughly evidence all activities via paperwork, as stipulated by the National Lottery Community Fund, therefore strong admin resource will be an essential requirment of your tender.

Employability and resilience skills course delivery for Northamptonshire BBO (Building Better Opportunities) contract
Goodwill Solutions CIC are the lead organisation running the Building Better Opportunities (BBO) Work Readiness Action Programme (WRAP) in Northamptonshire. The project is funded by The National Lottery Community Fund and the European Social Fund.
We have been running a successful employment support project, working with long-term unemployed in Northamptonshire since 2016.
We are seeking bids from interested parties to deliver Employability and Resilience courses within the county. The course - aside from teaching the skills needed to find and sustain employment - needs to include elements of personal resilience, confidence building, basic nutrition, mental health, anxiety reduction and well-being advice.
We require:
• Ability to teach an accredited Level 2 employability course (it must be an OFQUAL regulated award)
• All assessment and auditing to be undertaken by the supplier
• All costings should be on a per course (as opposed to per-delegate) basis
The successful organisation should have experience of working with "hard to reach" adults, some who may be considered vulnerable and may come from chaotic backgrounds. Some delegates may lack motivation which is why we need exceptional trainers/facilitators to effect change.
