The service will be delivered inline with the Freebridge specification and delivery program. All sites will be brough up to the highest standards of workmanship and speed of deliver whilst maintaining Tenant satisfaction and engagement.
Freebridge Community Housing requires a Principle Designer to work on 7 individual new build schemes. The schemes range from 5 to 61 properties with the final total estimated at 130 new homes. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with Freebridge on delivering new affordable and sustainable social housing within West Norfolk.
Freebridge requires a fully functional modern HRIS system based on detailed requirements. This will allow staff to access and update their data anywhere they need to.
This contract will provide Freebridge with a turn key grounds maintenance service for all demands by the business. The Contract will be let on an “all-inclusive” basis covering all current areas owned by Freebridge and future developments/acquisitions. The contract is none exclusive and there is no guaranteed of supply, the forecast spend is £350,000 per annum.
