DESCRIPTION: This contract is open for quotation to undertake grounds maintenance and grasscutting. The contract will initially be for one year with the option to extend the contract by a further two years subject to satisfactory standards being met.
SUBMISSION OF TENDER:
Tenders shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions for Tendering.

RETURNING TENDERS
Tenders must be received by 12 Noon on Monday 16th January 2023, which shall be the final date and time for acceptance of the tender.
SITE VISITS

Email: clerk@framptoncotterell-pc.gov.uk. In the event of any queries, you may have arising during the tender completion period; these should be submitted directly by email to the Clerk. The last date for acceptance of queries being 12.00 Noon on Friday 13th January 2023 after which all Tenderers shall be deemed to have become fully conversant with the requirements set out in the tender documents.

The dimensions of the existing space to house this ball court are approximately 23m x 12.6m. Contractor to make an appointment with the office to meet on site. Contractor to take accurate measurements for pricing.
Frampton Cotterell Parish Council is proposing to install a shelter for teen age youth. Experience installers are invited to tender for the contract.
It is anticipated that construction work will be carried out during the summer/autumn of this year.
Installation of new paths, drainage and access improvements
The Park, is a public park and generally level and facilities include grass football, cricket and rugby pitches, changing facilities, new surfaced tennis courts and a children's play area.
