The requirement is split into two geographical lots – Lot North and Lot South, see Appendix D. The Bidder can bid for one or both Lots. There will be 1-2 suppliers appointed for each lot. Where there are more than one Supplier appointed to the lot, the Supplier which will be approached first with an order will be the first ranked supplier, if the first ranked supplier cannot provide the services, the 2nd ranked supplier will be approached. The initial appointment will be for a period of one year from with options, at Flagship’s sole discretion, to extend for a further one year three times i.e. a maximum overall contract term of four years. Removal of the Existing Lift Equipment and Modernisation of Hydraulic Lift Equipment or full lift replacement with new Machine Room Less (MRL) Traction Lift Equipment in Newmarket, Ipswich, Swaffham, Saxmundham and Lowestoft. Flagship Group plans to modernise the lifts but where better value is achieved for lift replacement, the full replacement will be undertaken. The final decision on which lifts will be fully replaced will be taken by Flagship Group. Bidders must submit the information for both options – the lift modernisation and full replacement. Flagship Group will appoint only one supplier to all seven lift modernisation or replacement works.

Flagship Group have set up a DPS for vehicles and associated supplies and services. Mini competitions will be issued throughout the life of the DPS. All the bidders registered on the DPS who have passed the Selection Stage will be invited to participate in the mini-competitions. Access to the Selection Stage will be open throughout the life of the DPS. The DPS may be used for any of Flagship Group's subsidiary companies.
Flagship Group contracting the service provision of coordination and arrangement of temporary accommodation to meet the needs of Flagship tenants whilst decanted from their homes e.g. due to flood, fire, major works etc.

Flagship Group would like to appoint a supplier or suppliers to deliver its entire Passenger Lift, Platform Lift and Stair Lift strategy for servicing and maintenance. The current housing stock consists of almost 33,000 properties that are owned and managed by Flagship Group, this is split into a federated structure of three Housing Associations: Newtide Homes, Samphire Homes and Victory Homes, with the stock split evenly between them. The Flagship Group retains the responsibility for servicing and maintenance of passenger lifts, platform lifts and stair lifts across all three Housing associations. These are spread over a wide geographical area (see appendix D). The Group’s portfolio consists of 55 communal Passenger Lifts, and 163 Stair or Platform Lifts, in both communal areas and domestic properties. The requirement is split into two lots - one for Passenger Lifts and another for Stair and Platform Lifts.

Flagship Group is looking to appoint a drainage contractor to deliver drain unblocking services. The core service provision will include blockage investigation, CCTV and flushing with some incidental work to deal with the cause of the blockage at domestic properties. The core elements of the service are listed below and in Appendix B – Pricing schedule. The requirement is split into two geographical lots – Lot 1 North and Lot 2 South, as shown in Appendix D. The contract value is for a full four year term.
Flagship Housing Group intend to appoint a supplier to deliver its requirement for septic tank and sewage treatment plant emptying and servicing of sewage treatment plants and pumping stations.

Flagship Group is looking to appoint a contractor to deliver fire risk assessment remedial works at domestic properties. The core elements of the works are listed below and in Appendix B – Pricing Schedule. The requirement is split into two geographical lots – North and South. The Bidders can bid for both or either of the lots.
Flagship Housing Group intend to roll out a 3-year program of fire door upgrades/replacement to our existing stock portfolio. The purpose of this tender is to appoint an approved contractor that can deliver quality and quantity to approved recognised industry standards. The Supplier will be expected to deliver 500 fire door replacements per year for the contract duration of 3 years. This will be made of both planned and reactive replacements with the planned element making up approximately 350 doors per year and reactive replacements making up approximately 150 doors per year.
The planned element takes place on a cyclical basis driven by age and condition of the doors and, by budgetary controls. A list of the doors to be replaced will be produced for each financial year and the Supplier will be expected to work with Flagship Groups Fire Safety Manager, Asset Management Team and internal repairs and maintenance teams to deliver the replacements in the required order.
