The proposed contract will be for the outsourced provision of Grounds Maintenance Services to the Trust. The successful Bidder shall establish effective management and operational level communication systems at all levels regarding the grounds maintenance service with the Trust. In addition, the Bidder will also be responsible for all legal, and health and safety requirements in delivering the services. The Contract will include the purchase of equipment to support the delivery of the grounds maintenance service

The proposed contract will be for the provision of Multifunctional Device Services to the Trust for a selection of schools as given “Site Information”, below. It is the Trust’s expectation that the Bidder shall be responsible for the supply, services and goods to the Trust and will include Multi-Functional Devices (MFD's) and Print Management Software. The Applicant will be responsible for the supply of hardware, software, consumables, and replacement parts. The Applicant will also provide installation, maintenance, removal, disposal, and training services to the Client.

First Federation Trust wishes to engage a single contractor to supply an ICT Managed Service and associated project implementation and training services across all sites within the Trust. This procurement involves the delivery of ICT across all the schools as part of a joined up programme of work, whilst at the same time being able to be flexible to deal with ad-hoc purchases and small projects that individual schools may need from time to time – all to a set of standards. At the same time a high quality managed service needs to be consistently delivered.

The proposed contract will be for the provision of planned preventative maintenance services (“PPM”) to the Trust. 2. The proposed contract will encompass delivering the following as part of the PPM servicing: a. Statutory compliance maintenance and planned preventative maintenance b. Reactive maintenance. c. Provision of technical support and management of all specialist contracts and subcontracts as part of this Contract. d. Provision of 24-hour operations support.
