First Choice Homes Oldham are seeking to appoint a single contractor to provide cleaning services at our two offices premises in the centre of Oldham. The contract will be for a firm period of 3 years with the option to extend by two years in annual increments

To provide First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO) with Grounds Maintenance Equipment over a fixed 3 year contract with an option to extend for a further 2 years at annual intervals. FCHO encourages suppliers to identify alternative manufacturers to their existing GM equipment if this may provide cost savings to FCHO. FCHO are willing to consider either a single or multi badge GM equipment provision.

This is a 2 year fixed contract with an option to extend by 1 year for a single point of contact for the provision of media relations & public affairs advise. All work will be delivered by one individual. They will also be asked to work closely with FCHO’s in-house Communications and Marketing team and CEO.

First Choice Homes are looking to appoint a single provider to each of two Lots over 5 years. Lot 1 is for the five-year leasing of vehicles including racking and livery, and Lot 2 for telematics with the optional inclusion of Dashcams.
