Epping Forest District Council is seeking a Contractor to deliver Off Street Parking Enforcement, Cash Collection and First Line Machine Maintenance for its owned/managed car parks.
The contract period will be for 5 years with an option to extend for a period of up to 2 years.

North Weald Airfield (NWA) is an active, unlicensed aerodrome located approximately two Nautical Miles northeast of Epping in Essex. The Airfield is owned and managed by Epping Forest District Council (EFDC).
The Airfield currently provides an Air Ground Communication Service (AGCS) from the existing Control Tower Building (CTB) which is situated to the east of the runway. Development plans for the land to the east of the runway means that there is a need to establish a new CTB to the west of the runway.

Processing and Selling of Dry Mixed Recycling (DMR)
The Council is seeking a contractor to provide a suitable delivery point for the delivery of DMR and the onward processing of that DMR.
This contract will be for the benefit of Epping Forest District Council and its subsidiaries (wholly owned and joint venture) - the Council reserves the right to novate this contract to one of its subsidiaries during the contract period.
