The Living Barracks is an innovative project that has been developed for the Berwick Barracks, Parade, Berwick-upon-Tweed TD15 1DF, site with local partners that will see the creation of a mixed-use development including a new cultural offer, retail and catering offer, and residential accommodation. NHLF Evaluation - Berwick Barracks 'The Living Barracks'
We are seeking to appoint an Evaluation Consultant to oversee the evaluation of The Living Barracks project to support staff, volunteers, and partners through training, advice, and mentoring, to monitor and analyse data through project delivery, and to collate and produce the final Evaluation Report for the project which should encompass outputs, outcomes, impacts, lessons learned and legacy. The evaluation must encompass both qualitative and quantitative factors as determined by our CDF grant and must meet pre-set 6-monthly and annual deadlines to provide evaluation information to the national-level evaluation team.
Attached to this tender is the brief, as directed by the CDF, and an indicative programme of works.
Fees for this body of work are limited to £50k and there is a requirement for an immediate start.
This work can be compiled alongside the earlier tender of the NLHF evaluation however, it must be clear that both are separate pieces of work, with different schedules of reporting.
