Hot Beverage Products, Supplies and Equipment to English Heritage
Introduction
English Heritage has a diverse and stunning collection of properties and sites across England. A number of these offer members of the public a chance to relax and enjoy food and drink during their visit.
English Heritage currently operates 32 in-house F&B sites with a further 27 Retail sites with beverage facilities and it is for these premises which we would like to invite Suppliers to submit a tender against the requirements below.
Overview of requirements
English Heritage requires a single supplier that can provide coffee, hot chocolate and related ingredients suitable for use with its existing suite of coffee and hot chocolate machines and that can maintain, either directly or via sub-contracted arrangements, the existing machines (listed within Appendix C) during the life of the contract.
English Heritage is seeking a Supplier who can provide a full coffee and chocolate service to our sites. This is to include:
o For F&B sites, the provision of coffee beans, filter coffee, hot chocolate and other coffee related products only. A restricted buying list will need to operate to limit products available for F&B sites to order as requirements differ from Retail.
o For Retail sites, the provision of coffee beans, coffee sachets/cartridges, hot chocolate, powdered milk, teabags and sugar sticks.
o The maintenance of existing coffee machines across the English Heritage Portfolio.
