This outcome from this will be to provide a new updated portfolio that will be utilized across future parcels of existing schemes and will form the basis of the design for new developments.
One Horton Heath Lower Acre - Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveying Services
This service is to perform the role of Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyor as support for the One Horton Heath residential development team for the main contract works for the Lower Acre element of the One Horton Heath project, comprising 381 new mixed tenure homes carried out in 8 Sections, starting in February 2025 and completing in March 2028.
Construction of a Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace within existing agricultural land for recreational purposes
This project derives from an increase in development within the borough and the need to mitigate against the impact of visits to the New Forest by providing recreational spaces closer to the residents of Eastleigh Borough Council. \r

The site comprises of an area of farmland of approximately 20 hectares in size which is part of the former Stoke Park Farm, Bishopstoke. The proposed field was formerly used for cattle grazing on rotation and now predominantly comprises of grassland with a wooded tree belt which runs along a drainage ditch and divides the sites northern portion. \r

The scheme (Ref: F/23/95844) includes but not limited to the discharge of planning conditions, creation of a series of paths which incorporate a main circular walking route, hedgerows, trees, complementary features including seating and picnic areas at key locations, along with signage, litter and dog bins. A range of ecological enhancements are also proposed including log piles, hibernaculum, bird and bat boxes.\r
Employers Agent and CoW services for St Johns residential and link road development
The Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to act as Employer's Agent and Clerk of Works, managing the delivery of the scheme in its entirety from pre-construction through to completion and handover. The appointed Employers Agent is required to have the relevant knowledge and experience in delivering construction and civil engineering projects of a similar nature.

DPS large Sites - Lower Acre, One Horton Heath for Eastleigh Borough Council
This award is for Eastleigh Borough Council as a call off from the DPS.
Lower Acre is the first residential parcel for delivery of the development of 2,500 new homes known as One Horton Heath In Eastleigh and is situated at the Southern Gateway into the development. Lower Acre has full planning permission for the construction of 381 residential units with public open space, hard and soft landscape works, internal roads, footway/cycleways, associated parking spaces, substation, SuDS and associated infrastructure. The new homes are mixed tenure with a variety of flats and houses between 2 and 4 storeys high, constructed in 7 Sections.
