The NHS organisation East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust is seeking to procure a Single Improvement Methodology partner to support the Boards’ commitment to an organisation-wide approach to improvement that provides:<br/>• Deliberate strategic planning, deployment, and delivery of Trust priorities<br/>• A daily focus on continuous improvement of quality for patients and services through a Quality Management System that is accessible to all<br/>• A clear approach to embedding incremental, step-changes to overall quality using improvement science in tandem with delivery of large-scale change programmes <br/><br/>The Supplier shall provide an approach which addresses both the cultural and technical activities to achieve the objectives above, and access to a range of experts from within their own organisation, with relevant experience and a track record of supporting acute NHS organisations to make significant improvements, including an international or national standing in the field of improvement.

The East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust ("ENHT") and The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust ("PAHT") ("the Authorities") are seeking to procure their Security Services. The initial 5-year contracts will have a commencement date of 1st November 2023. The Provider shall provide a Security Service to deliver the following: a) Maintaining a secure environment at the Authorities' sites. b) Responding to security incidents within the Authorities' sites and alarm response at Hertford County Hospital (ENHT) and PAHT. c) CCTV Monitoring at PAHT only. d) Additional specified duties as set out in the specification e) Provide reassurance, customer service, crime prevention and control and restraint. The initial 3-year contracts will commence after contract signing. <br/><br/>The specified role and responsibilities of the Authorising Person will be as described within the New National Standards for Hospital Food and Drink safety and other associated guidance and regulations governing the safety and compliance of Food and Drink. <br/><br/>The Authorising Person will be independent of the Trust and their Service Provider(s) ensuring a totally independent non-bias approach to providing support, guidance, and recommendations with the focus of achieving evidenced based compliance and safety.
