The proposed contract is to provide marketing agency services including media buying and printing to our Development Team within emh. We are looking for an agency that can help support the development and delivery of its marketing and communications activity. Building on the emh brand, and its mission, vision and values - increasing awareness of who we are and what we do. This contract will be to provide a range of services for systems in properties owned and / or managed by the above, including: Air source heat pumps Ground source heat pumps Mechanical heat recovery units Solid fuel heating systems Solar thermal and solar PV Pressurised cylinders (unvented) Electrical boilers Rainwater recovery units Any other types of renewable energy heating systems These services will include: Periodical servicing Reactive repairs Ad-hoc replacement (outside of any planned maintenance programme)

This contract will be to provide a range of surveying services relating to energy efficiency, as well as providing professional consultancy services relating to retrofit assessments, renewable heating, carbon reduction works, applying for grant funding and related services.

EMH is a provider of specialist care and supported housing services at various locations across the East Midlands region. In order to deliver this, a number of agencies to provide temporary and relief staffing for its in-house workforce are required. Expenditure on agency staff is currently in the region of £3m per annum (including VAT, where applicable), and there are contractual arrangements in place until 1 August 2023 (a neutral vendor). For the delivery of these services after this date, the customer is procuring a framework of multiple agency suppliers to provide directly.

Suppliers are invited to tender for one of three places on EMH's show home interior design and furnishing services framework. This framework is to establish a group of suppliers who the customer can place orders with for the design and fit out of show homes. The customer is a registered provider of social housing and develops properties for it's own stock, for outright market sale, and for shared ownership. To support this activity, East Midlands Housing Group's Sales and Marketing Team require external suppliers to design and furnish show homes.

EMH requires cleaning services in office buildings. The existing contract expires on 31 August 2024. The offices that require cleaning are: ? Memorial House, Whitwick Business Park, Stenson Road, Coalville, Leicestershire LE67 4JP. This is group head office, a three storey site used for agile working, with bookable hot desks, meeting rooms and conference facilities. This site presently also has an extended lunch time cleaning service between the hours of 12:00 and 14:00. ? Longfield House, Hallam Fields Road, Ilkeston, Derbyshire DE7 4DE. This is a two storey site with a combination of agile working spaces and offices. The tender process will be as follows: Selection stage ? All organisations expressing an interest in the tender are able to access this invitation to tender document and submit a selection questionnaire to apply to be shortlisted to be invited to tender. During this stage there is no specific clarification period, although suppliers may ask basic questions about the requirement. ? After the deadline for submission of selection questionnaires, submissions will be evaluated against the stated criteria. EMH reserves the right to disqualify any submission which is incomplete. Suppliers will either be shortlisted and invited to tender, or advised that they have not been successful. The selection questionnaire can be found as Part C of this document. When submitting a selection questionnaire then this section of the document should be completed, and the full document submitted via the tender portal. At this stage Part D (Your tender response) does not need to be completed. Tender stage ? Suppliers invited to tender will be re-issued this invitation to tender document, for completion of part D and response by the deadline stated below. During this stage suppliers may ask specific clarification questions, to which responses will be shared with all suppliers. ? An initial examination will be made to establish the completeness of submitted tenders. EMH reserves the right to disqualify any tender submission which is incomplete. ? Tenders will be scored against the stated award criteria. The highest scoring tender will be deemed the preferred tender, and a standstill process will be undertaken prior to entering into the contract with the preferred contractor. When submitting a tender then the document submitted at the selection stage should be completed to now include Part D, and the full document submitted via the tender portal.
