Provision of Emergency Services Fuel Card to East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust. Being undertaken as a further competition by the National Ambulance Procurement Group/Bluelight Commercial BLC by further competition, using the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework - RM6186

This is a UK1 Pipeline notice in reference to the Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services (NEPTS) Provision of Taxi support services to East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust. Whilst EMAS undertakes the vast majority of journeys, there is a need for extra demand in the system to cover the Non-Emergency Patient Transport side of things. The intention is to award separate lots, with taxi providers providing necessary service within that area. This will include transporting of patients to and from hospital for routine appointments predominately, but other journeys may be required. Lots will be broken down to more regional sub-lots, but essentially: Lot 1 - covering NEPTS Lincolnshire region to the area which East Midlands Ambulance Service currently provides this service. Lot 2 - covering NEPTS Northamptonshire region Lot 3 - covering NEPTS Derbyshire region (Please note that each Lot will have a different contract period due to the NEPTS contracts with East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust and may be subject to change in line with any national changes or contracts). This tender is for taxi's only, with the intended route to market being PA23 Competitive Flexible approach.

This is a Planned Procurement Notice for the provision of Pressure Washers, Traffic Film Remover and Exterior Vehicle Cleaning Consumables. We are expecting this to be done on 3 lots: 1) Pressure washers (Purchase/Leasing model) that are compatible with the use of Traffic Film Remover. Whilst the Trust will continue to use pressure washers, most of these are end of life and therefore may be replaced by one suggested as part of this lot. 2) Traffic Film Remover - non caustic, ideally non-corrosive in either 10L, 20L and 205L barrels. 3) Exterior Ambulance Cleaning Consumables. This lot includes screen wash/de-icer, degreasers, blue window clean, other ancillary and consumable items including such as syphons, pumps and adaptors. The anticipated contract period will be based on an initial 3 year contract with an option to extend for further 2 x 12 month periods. This will be undertaken under the Procurement Act 2023 regulations - Open Procedure.
