Tenders are invited for the supply of works and services in respect of providing a fully managed service including income collection, cleaning, maintenance, and all other operational costs, with the opportunity to also provide installation of payment entry systems for two sets (location ‘options’) of Public Conveniences located across the East Lindsey District Council region, as identified herein.

This contract will cover the provision of archaeological advice relating to designated and non-designated heritage assets. These activities will have a primary focus through Planning, Planning Policy, Planning Enforcement and Scoping for Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs), and Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced organisations and/or individuals.

East Lindsey District Council is the lead accountable body for the South and East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership authorities for delivery of the Sustainable Warmth programme. This includes Boston Borough Council and South Holland District Council. The council are looking for a supplier that will be able to deliver excellent results over the life of the current project but to also remain on contract for future project with the understanding that this is subject to funding and cannot at this point be guaranteed.

East Lindsey District Council are looking to acquire a JCB Loadall vehicle, for use in their civic duties across the district. Tenders are sought that meet the required vehicle specifications, additional attachment options, and suitable servicing arrangements. The Council requires this vehicle for delivery soonest following the tender, so expediency of availability is key to the success of this procurement exercise.

The closest parking operated by the Council is located at the Broadway Car Park directly opposite the building and the car park is currently only grassed. Therefore, as part of the Council’s ongoing commitment in terms of providing adequate parking provision, we are undertaking new car park construction with tarmac surfacing and other associated works, which forms the basis of this Tender opportunity.

The newly constructed Hub building is East Lindsey District Council's Headquarters site along with a local Campus for Boston College located in Horncastle, Lincolnshire. The building already has a relatively small-scale Solar PV system (26kW) incorporated within the roof plant top area of the building, the ambition of this project seeks to significantly increase its own renewable electricity generation production capacity on the site utilising sterile, partially undevelopable land fronting Mareham Road along with innovative solar PV car port and ground mounted structures sited within the southern car parking area of the site.

East Lindsey District Council is seeking an experienced and reliable supplier to deliver seasonal operational services for three popular public paddling pools located in Fairy Dell (Skegness), Queens Park (Mablethorpe), and Maple Leaf (Sutton on Sea).

As part of the Council's ongoing commitment in terms of providing adequate parking provision, we are undertaking essential tarmac resurfacing and other associated works at various ELDC operated car parks and other locations, which forms the basis of this Tender opportunity and summarised as Princes Parade Car Park (overspill area), Skegness, Seacroft Road Car Park, Mablethorpe, Royal Square Gardens Car Park, Woodhall Spa (Tarmac resurfacing works) and Draycott Way, Chapel St. Leonards (Tarmac remedial works to footpaths).

The appointed organisation will: • Help participating businesses strengthen their energy management practices to achieve measurable cost reductions. • Introduce and advise on suitable Carbon Reduction technologies that support progression toward Net Zero. • Provide strategic guidance and long term planning, drawing on experience of delivering effective energy efficiency and carbon reduction programmes within high consumption industries. This partner will support East Lindsey in delivering a programme that enhances business resilience, reduces energy spend, and accelerates decarbonisation across the region.

East Lindsey District Council (ELDC) is looking to recruit a Business Advisor to offer strategic advice and practical support to help local businesses develop and grow. The cost of retaining the external Advisor is being met by the East Lindsey Investment Fund (ELIF), currently secured for a two-year period to April 2028. The appointment of an external Advisor sits alongside other ELIF funded activity, predominantly focused on Energy Efficiency.
