The fundamental purpose of the Contract is for the Supplier to deliver empty skips to, and collect loaded skips from the locations listed at paragraph 4 below for delivery to Lincolnshire County Council Waste Transfer Stations, Greenaway or Land Network detailed at page 4. The Supplier shall be responsible for the loading of the skips onto the Supplier’s Vehicles at the Customer's Site, transportation of the skips, discharge of the skip’s contents (Contract Waste) at the Waste Transfer Station, and unloading and repositioning of the empty skips at the Customers Depot in a position specified by the Council or site manager (where present).
