The appointment of an external Advisor sits alongside other ELIF funded activity, predominantly focused on Energy Efficiency. Within the overarching ELIF strategy the introduction of general Business Advice is referred to as the Fifth Pillar.

The Contractor shall provide seasonal operational services for three public paddling pools located in Skegness (Fairy Dell), Mablethorpe (Queens Park), and Sutton on Sea (Maple Leaf). The pools operate from late May (Spring Bank Holiday) through to the end of September. Services include pre-season commissioning, daily in-season operations, and end-of-season decommissioning, ensuring compliance with all relevant Health & Safety and Public Health legislation.

Each property must be subject to a whole-house assessment. Retrofit Plans will then be submitted to the Council for offers to be made to clients. Once provisional agreements are made on the measures to go forward, technical surveys will need to be undertaken alongside any design work e.g. External Wall Insulation. Once complete, batch applications for measures are sent to the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero for approval. Once these are approved, Instructions to Proceed are issued to the Contractors.
