The Contractor shall provide seasonal operational services for three public paddling pools located in Skegness (Fairy Dell), Mablethorpe (Queens Park), and Sutton on Sea (Maple Leaf). The pools operate from late May (Spring Bank Holiday) through to the end of September. Services include pre-season commissioning, daily in-season operations, and end-of-season decommissioning, ensuring compliance with all relevant Health & Safety and Public Health legislation.

MBD will be creating an Infinite Museum for South Holland and Boston Borough Council and has already been completed for East Lindsey District Council .MBD own the Intellectual Property for Infinite Museums and have all the underlying know-how and the development that is part of delivering Infinite Museum is protected by MBD because it forms part of the toolkit that underpins this and other co-location projects they deliver. The funding will be managed by East Lindsey District Council on behalf of South Holland and Boston Borough Council funded by the NPO.

The works will be located across Boston Borough Council, East Lindsey District Council and South Holland District Council. Each property must receive a pre and post works Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) which is uploaded to the Open EPC Register. The Council's in-house team of Domestic Energy Assessors will support the undertaking of some of these. Each property must be subject to a whole-house assessment. Retrofit Plans will then be submitted to the Council for offers to be made to clients. Once provisional agreements are made on the measures to go forward, technical surveys will need to be undertaken alongside any design work e.g. External Wall Insulation. Once complete, batch applications for measures are sent to the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero for approval. Once these are approved, Instructions to Proceed are issued to the Contractors.

East Lindsey District Council are looking to acquire a JCB Loadall vehicle, for use in their civic duties across the district. Tenders are sought that meet the required vehicle specifications, additional attachment options, and suitable servicing arrangements. The Council requires this vehicle for delivery soonest following the tender, so expediency of availability is key to the success of this procurement exercise.
