In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Procurement Act 2023, 2gether Support Solutions, on behalf of the Contracting Authority is looking to direct award a contract for the provision of a leadership development programme for delivery to the Contracting Authority's employed Nurses, Midwives and AHPs (Agenda for Change bands 7 and 8a), across six cohorts (three cohorts per banding) between December 2025 to July 2026. All workshops are to be delivered with two facilitators per session, with the programme structured into multiple modules, include one module which incorporates three professional actors for experiential learning.

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Procurement Act 2023, 2gether Support Solutions, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, is looking to direct award a contract for testing of medical gases, namely the monitoring of the workplace environment to test the presence / exposure of specific gases across multiple departments to satisfy the requirements of regulation 10 of the control of substances Hazardous to health 2002 regulations (COSHH); annual testing and validation of the ventilation systems as per the NHS England guidance; and audits in response to the IHEEM requirement under section 9.6. and 8.12.

Following recommendations from "Reading the Signals: Maternity and Neonatal Services in East Kent" (October 2022), the Contracting Authority has engaged an independent specialist to facilitate a trauma‑informed, consent‑based restorative programme. Restorative Now Ltd. will co‑design approaches with senior EKHUFT maternity staff and families who consented to participate, centring women's voices and lived experience to inform service improvements. Outputs include a co‑designed improvement plan, agreed changes to listening/feedback practices, and a thematic report with anonymisation/redaction.
