This contract will provide project support to commission and set up the Connected Competence programme in the oil and gas sector. There some final development activities that will require project managing to support the programme and the placing the programme on a sustainable footing. This will require senior stakeholder engagement to ensure the programme is meeting user needs.

The Engineering Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB) has three websites: • ECITB's UK Website - https://www.ecitb.org.uk/ • ECITB's Global Website - https://www.ecitb.com/ • Connected Competence - https://connectedcompetence.co.uk/ The scope of this tender is to cover: • The hosting and maintenance of all 3 websites above. • Change of structure and functionality of the UK Website and migration of Global Website. • Minimise the use of plug-ins. • Improve the design and user journey on the UK and Global websites through templates. • Migration of content from existing hosting arrangements into new templates for both Global and UK websites.

This contract relates to the procurement of a Registration Awarding and Certification System for the management of the ECITB's learners, candidates, Awarding Organisation, UK and International Training Providers and products.

ECITB has applied and successfully achieved match funding from the Swansea Bay City Deal, (SBCD) 'Skills and Talent project' fund, to further develop the ECITB IDO programme of courses. The funding has allowed ECITB to accelerate its development of skills for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) training and competence programme (IDO). The development of high-quality skills and competence is essential to fully utilise the advances is technology and use of UAS (Drones) in industry and reduce the impact of working at height whilst enhancing the inspection and maintenance of valuable national assets. The ECITB IDO programme does exactly this and also provides quality assured third party certification for the competence of UAS pilots at Foundation and Advanced levels. The development of the training materials for the Advanced course will complement the foundation and ensure a pipeline of pilots who are not only able to fly a UAV safely but also effectively, gaining valuable information on assets, topography, conduct surveys and enter confined and dangerous spaces limiting human involvement.

G-Cloud 13 Framework Agreement (RM1557.13) This Call-Off Contract is for the provision of Services Under: Lot 2: Cloud software eNetAssess is a digital assessment system for creating and managing bespoke tests and exams in a secure environment. It provides practice (formative) or exam (summative) testing. The system has test creation, question authoring, centre management, scheduling, authentication, invigilation and verification, through to final reporting, analysis and certifica-tion.

Provision of the Integra Software solution on a Software as a Service (SaaS) basis, including support, managed services and hosting, and ad-hoc professional services development days subject to further agreement.

This tender is for an e-learning content provider, to provide access to a library of SCORM/xAPI trackable learning content relevant to the engineering construction industry, including for its specific sectors, which ECITB can make available to all its customers for consumption through its Learner Experience Platform (LXP) or via FTP (File Transfer Protocol) for upload to and consumption through their own internal online platforms.

This contract relates to the delivery of an ECITB sponsored ChPP cohort commencing in September 2024. The services required will result in the successful attainment of the ChPP standard for 30 learners. This will be achieved through an established programme to support attainment of the ChPP standard.
