Incommunities - Central Heating and Boiler Installations Contract
The Works will generally comprise the following to domestic properties owned and/or managed by Incommunities:\r

• Installation of gas central heating systems\r
• Replacement of gas central heating systems\r
• Gas boiler only replacements\r
• Upgrade work to central heating systems\r

It is expected that there will be approx. 800 order per annum with 80% being boiler only replacements and 20% being full system replacements. Approximately half will be undertaken on a planned basis but the remained will be undertaken on a responsive basis. \r

The contractor shall also assume responsibility for managing asbestos surveys and any resultant remedial removal work required by the works\r
Works comprising damp and remedial works, primarily chemical injection, and tanking.
In summary the contract includes:
• DPC works including chemical injection.
• Tanking for walls and ceilings
• Associated plastering and brickwork.
• Reinstatement/Renewal of decorative joinery and boxings.
• Isolation, removal and Reinstatement of services, kitchens and bathrooms in relation to the DAM works.
• Damp surveys (this will primarily be undertaken by the DLO)
