This will be a one-stage process, any interested economic operator who feels they can offer and deliver these VERY SPECIFIC SERVICES may submit a tender in response to this ITT and the responder should ensure that they provide all the information requested to allow the contracting authority to carry out a robust evaluation. Durham Constabulary are in the process of moving equipment from custody suites located at Durham City and Darlington as outlined within the specification in section 2 of the further competition document and will replace them with a new centralised building at Durham Gate, near Spennymoor. There will also be a relocation of items from smaller offices at Bishop Auckland, Durham City, Durham Constabulary Warehouse, Peterlee, Darlington, Spennymoor & Consett which are smaller police offices also outlined below to the new central custody hub.
