Reinstate missing section of party wall within roof space to provide 60 minutes fire resistance by forming a complete vertical separation between the two dwellings. The junction between the separating wall and the roof covering is required to be fully fire stopped with fire resistant material to provide minimum 60 minutes fire resistance. Any tiling or slating battens that rest on the wall, the space between them should be filled with mortar or other not less suitable material.)
