Minor redecorations / changes to MEP services to upper 2 floors to maintain existing function of open plan office accommodation but to suit DCH needs • Elective Recovery Ward - strip out of existing outpatient department and conversion to 24 bed elective care ward Service Required: P22 NEC Project Manager and Trust Cost Adviser from feasibility design stage through detailed design and tender, construction to Completion, end of defects period, and post-project evaluation (Note: for clarity, the role of Supervisor is not included in this proposal. Additionally, this proposal does not include for the procurement of equipment). Procurement: Procure22 (project ref P22-0211) delivered as separate projects Appointment: through the NHS SBS consultancy framework to provide Schedule 5a consultancy services for PM and QS including administration of the NEC contract (but not NEC Supervisor services)
